January Highlights

Kicking Off 2026

The year has begun with strong momentum following the back-to-back Ally Pally events and the BASA Toplist Awards. This edition highlights the people and principles behind our work, including a team spotlight on Operations Director William Cope and a brief update on the certified crews supporting our projects on site.

8 Weeks at Ally Pally🎱🎯

From the end of November to mid January we were supporting three world-class events – the Mosconi Cup, the World Darts Championship, and The Masters Snooker – which together welcomed well over 150,000 visitors. Across the venue we supplied and installed trussing and rigging, presentation platforms and studios, camera towers, commentary boxes, and a wide range of additional infrastructure to help bring each event to life. It’s incredibly rewarding to see our work in action, which couldn’t have been made possible without our amazing team.

We made the BASA TOPLIST 🏆

Alongside winning the BASA Award for best small business in the events management sector, we made the BASA TOPLIST. The TOPLIST is a list of all the entries with the highest votes from the public. A huge thank you to those who voted, and to those who continue to support us and the work we do!

🌟 Team Member Spotlight 🌟

William Cope – Operations Director

As Operations Director and a proud member of our family business, I oversee the day-to-day operations of the company and lead our operations team to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. My role is all about making sure our clients’ events not only meet but exceed their expectations turning their vision into reality, down to the smallest detail. Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family, and I never miss a chance to test my trivia skills answering quiz questions. Balancing family life and a passion for problem-solving keeps me energised both in and out of the office.
