Trans-Sport.tv have been successful in the application for grant funding from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development Fund to allow us to implement a new ERP system into the business to revolutionise the way we work as well as supporting the introduction of a Finance and Purchasing Administrator.
The introduction of an ERP system, HireTrack, has allowed us to accurately and efficiently plan, schedule, price and keep stock of all equipment held in our warehouses. Hire Track also allows for more efficient reporting and analysis of jobs as well as being able to track business from an initial lead right the way through to invoicing.
All areas of the business from Accounts, to Marketing, to Operations are able to fully utilise the system which supports a more dynamic and systematic way of working.
The role of Finance and Purchasing Administrator has been of significant importance to the team and has meant a more seamless and accurate process with sufficient savings being made as well as having a decisive impact in all areas.
The introduction of Hire Track and bringing in a new team member has been invaluable to Trans-Sport.tv and all with the support of the grant funding received.
