Here at Trans-Sport.tv we are looking for an Operations Administrator to join our Operations Team.
The chosen candidate will produce and collate event specific documentation and ensure these are communicated to our team and clients. They will ensure the on-site and yard crews are in the right place, at the right time, with the right information. They will be instrumental in ensuring a highly organised and effective Operations department and look forward to being an integral part of a busy team.

You will:
- Complete operational tasks in conjunction with Operations team
- Job file completion (pre & post events) – Photos, RAMS, Sign offs
- Update and distribute staff allocations
- Job tracking through operational software including quoting and invoicing
- Communicate with clients and staff (vehicle, crew, timings etc)
- Book crew briefs/de briefs and collate crew feedback
- Complete event board allocations
- Manage the ‘Opps’ emails (allocating and completing tasks where necessary)
- Report near misses
- Develop and improve operations processors
- Undertake any other tasks that may be required

This role is Monday – Friday 0800 – 1700 however due to nature of our industry some flexibility is required.
