We are looking for a friendly and hardworking team member to join us at our busy head office in Treswell, Retford as an Office Administrator. The successful candidate will join our office team to work closely alongside our Business Development Manager supporting the finance, HR and marketing departments.

Key Tasks
- Answering the telephone, dealing with enquiries by phone along with accurately taking messages
- Data entry, accurate recording on spreadsheets and IT systems
- Maintain and replenish office stationery and sundry items
- Binding, filing and archiving
- General office cleaning
- Making refreshments
- Meet and greet visitors and clients
- To work with Management to improve systems
- Comply with Health and Safety legislation, Codes of Practice and the Company’s Health and Safety Policy
- Undertake any training as required
- Undertake any other tasks that may be required
Key Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours
- GCSE’s in English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above
- Computer literate
- Confident communicator with excellent phone manner
- Enthusiastic and punctual
- Good organisational skills coupled with a high attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- To work in line with our Core Values
