At Trans-Sport.tv, we deliver world-class events across the UK and worldwide – but none of it happens without a well-organised and efficient base. That’s where you come in.
We are looking for a practical, hardworking individual to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes at our site. You’ll play a key role in working closely with our Yard Operations Manager to help prepare kit and vehicles for our event crew, keep the yard tidy, organised and safe.
It’s a hands-on, physical role in a fast-paced, outdoor environment, ideal for someone who thrives on practical work and teamwork.

• Teamwork & Supportiveness: Works well with others, actively contributes to team success, and supports colleagues — including providing guidance to our apprentice.
• Reliability & Consistency: Dependable, doing what’s expected, and maintaining high standards every day.
• Punctuality & Proactivity: Excellent timekeeping, reliability, and a strong, can-do approach to daily tasks.
• Physical Stamina: Able to safely lift and move heavy equipment as part of physically demanding work.
• Valid Driving Licence: With reliable transport to our yard in Treswell, Nottinghamshire.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills with a focus on keeping the yard, tools, and equipment clean, tidy, and correctly stored.
• Adaptability: Comfortable with last minute and changing priorities — a natural part of the events industry.
• Flexibility: Willingness to go beyond core duties when needed to help meet deadlines and support the wider team.
• Communication Skills: Able to follow instructions clearly and keep the team informed of progress or any issues.
All about the job…
• Yard & Warehouse Upkeep — includes but is not limited to:
- Keep warehouses and equipment organised, including racking, trailers, and containers
- Maintain a clean and tidy yard, ensuring walkways are kept clear
- Store stock safely and logically
- Perform light groundskeeping and manage pest control
- Assist with welfare room cleanliness and restocking
- Move vehicles, plant, and equipment between sites and to events as required
- Assist the Rigging Team when needed — including loading/unloading and basic equipment maintenance
- Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment
- Undertake any training or other tasks that may be required
