We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented part-time Office Administrator to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will be proactive, organised and confident, working as part of the office team to provide the administrative support that helps us keep the office on track.
This is a part-time position, with hours to be agreed with the successful candidate.
All about the job…
- Owning the day-to-day running of the office, from answering the phone to greeting visitors and clients, managing the office schedule and room booking, keeping everything well organised and up to date.
- Looking after general office duties, including making refreshments, general cleaning, and keeping on top of the vending machine and office stock.
- Keeping company accreditations accurate and up to date, filing documents and spotting ways to keep the workflow running smoothly.
- Ordering and maintaining stock of company clothing and PPE.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to HR, Health & Safety, and Finance, from document handling and confidential paperwork through to assisting purchase invoice process.
- Maintaining and updating company inspections and renewals. Booking any maintenance that is due.
- Support the remaining office team with departmental tasks and processes.Â
